A five star experience from start to finish. I worked directly with Kyle Kerns and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. He gave a detailed description of how the process would work and everything was true to his word! He also worked with Insurance on my behalf which took a huge load off of my plate. The crew that came was extremely efficient and did incredible work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their roof repaired or replaced. They also noticed a place where My gutters were not functioning as they should and added a large section to fix the problem. When I say it was a zero stress job, I mean it!

If you are replacing a roof, you need to call (Roofing Done Wright) immediately. Our roof was damaged during the hailstorm that hit the Cumming, GA area approximately a month ago. Having to deal with insurance and possibly replacing a roof seemed overwhelming until I met Kyle at Roofing Done Wright. I can't say enough positive things about Kyle and his team. From the initial inspection of the roof all the way through replacing it and cleaning up everything, things could not have gone better. The company's communication and timely response to questions and concerns were exceptional. Again, if you are going to be replacing a roof in the future, you at least need to speak to these people. Roofing Done Wright is an understatement! Chris and his crew were amazing. My realtor recommended Chris and from the initial meeting thru completion the communication was excellent. On the day they did the replacement of my workshop roof which had a few active leaks they send drone pictures of the progress hourly or at certain stages as I was at work and not on site. Definitely gives you confidence as there was complete openness about what they found and needed to be replaced. After replacing some of the sheeting and one of the roof supports they finished the job in record time, from start to finish was 5-6 hours! When I got home and could see it in person I was impressed. Also since then I have only found 2 roofing nails on the ground which is astonishing in the most positive way…on a previous job that was done by a different company I was finding nails for months. They really did a great job with clean up and preventing this from happening as they put out tarps around the entire building before they started any work. The roof on my house will need to be done in the next year or two and I will definitely be using Chris and Dine Wright Roofing for it when the time comes.
